What is a standard skin care regime?

Many times, we just buy the stuff off the shelf and then we figure out how to use by reading the direction of use printed on the packaging box. But that is not enough.
I attended a skin-care class at Mary Kay's office and we learned about the skin care regime. Just want to share with you what it is. I took a quite snapshot from the board.
